We do not provide data recovery for devices with software-related issues, including Recovery Mode (iTunes logo), disabled iPhones, forgotten passcodes, or recovery of deleted or wiped photos, files, messages, or app data.

We also do not offer data recovery services for devices that have been tampered with or previously repaired in a way that prevents recovery.

In most successful data recovery cases, the device will be restored to a working state to allow access to the recovered data. For this reason, you will need to enter the correct passcode to access your iPhone and verify that your data has been successfully recovered.

It is the customer's responsibility to provide or enter the correct passcode. If the correct passcode cannot be entered, uBreakiFix cannot accept responsibility for inaccessible data, and the agreed recovery charges will still apply.
