Sergio was awesome. Quick fix, only 2 hours for my blacked out Pixel to be fixed and he gave me advice on the best case to use and also calibrated my phone so that my Google phone would be compatible with my new screen. Also the best price from all the research I did. Others were charging $80+ and more. I hopefully will never have to go again but if I do I'll be going to Sergio.

Accidently smashed my Pixel 6 Pro screen and was devastated. Researching where to get it fixed I kept seeing this company pop up. Read some great Reddit experiences and gave it a go. I booked the repair from Victoria on a Thursday. Shipped same day. Was received in Sydney on Friday and repaired same day and shipped back to me. This arrived back to Vic on Tuesday. Amazingly speedy service, screen looks exactly the same and the price was very reasonable. Highly recommend.

The quality repair work and level of customer service at UBreakiFix is absolutely phenomenal. I had a major issue with my Pixel 4 XL with the battery, screen, and logic board, which were repaired expertly without an issue in a very short amount of time. Your team member Sergio was a pleasure to speak to. He was unfailingly polite, extremely helpful, and followed up with a call the day after repair to ask if everything was ok with the phone. I then also had a follow up email from Frances to ask if the phone was still working correctly a few weeks later. I have never received such excellent service from a mobile phone repair shop. Well done to all involved, I will be recommending this store to anyone wanting their phone repaired.

Excellent service, did some research and found out this was the best place to get repairs done on my Pixel, it is never fun having people pull your phone appart but they know what they are doing, replaced my battery for a reasonable price and.. fixed the problem with it. Couldnt be happier. All this while I walked in, left my phone and picked up 2 hours later without appointment.
