Stop Searching -- Don't Hesitate-- You Have Found The Best!

I arrived in Sydney from the US and my MacBook Pro 2019 battery died. I dutifully went to Apple, and they proceeded to try selling me a new MacBook Air, claiming the issues extended beyond the battery to other components—and would cost $1100. I started searching at the Apple store for an alternative and discovered the excellent reviews for uBreakiFix. An hour later, my MacBook was in their capable hands with the listed price of the battery from their website. Given the condition of the battery, the repair took a bit longer, which was fine by me. Afterwards, my MacBook was fixed, and I couldn't be happier or more satisfied. Their professionalism, honesty, and outstanding service—something I appreciated when they later solved an unrelated issue—were unmatched in any experience I’ve had. In fact, when I returned to the US, they even texted me to check if everything was okay and if I was satisfied. These guys are legit, and their service is second to none. Thank you!
