1. What is the collect my device service?

We offer a pick-up and drop-off service for our customers who can't come into the city. Our driver will come to your requested pickup point within 10km of the CBD to collect your iPhone, Google Pixel or iPad and bring it to our Sydney CBD HQ to be repaired.

Please note that while we do aim to complete repairs within 1-2 working hours where possible, some repairs may require additional time for testing purposes or part deliveries.

2. Are there any additional charges for pick up and drop off service?

$18.95 will be added to the cost of the repair. ( Pick up and delivery )

3. Is this service only for screen repairs?

Yes, and only original parts using this service you must call in for other repairs as the price and estimated time to repair may range depending on the repair required.

4. What is the process of this service?

  1. Once you submit your online form within the radius area From CBD 10 Km, we will send our driver over to your indicated location.
  2. You will receive a phone call once the driver arrives to pickup your device and you will receive our pickup receipt via email.
  3. Once the repair is done, the technician will call or E-Mail to confirm that the device has been repaired and is on its way to drop off. You will recieve another phone call once the driver has arrived at your indicated location.

All you need to do is fill out the form below and wrapping your items in one layer of bubble wrap or similar send to via registered post to 111-222 Pitt Sydney 2000, NSW.

Your Device will be repaired on the same day and sent back to you via DHL Express Registered post. Please do not use especially large boxes for shipping small items such as iPads and Google Pixel phones. You do not need to include your case, original box, smart cover, charger, or any other accessories with your shipment.
