What is the Collect My Device Service?
The Collect My Device Service is a pick-up and drop-off service for our customers who can't come into the city. Our driver will come to your requested pickup point (must be within 5km of the CBD) to collect your iPhone, Google Pixel or iPad and bring it to our Sydney CBD HQ to be repaired.
Please note that while we do aim to complete repairs within 1-2 working hours, some repairs may require additional time for testing purposes or for additional parts delivery. If this is the case we will let you know.
Is the Collect My Device Service only for screen repairs?
Yes this is only for screen repairs. Also note that we will only supply original parts. For other part options, please visit us in-store as the price and estimated time to repair may vary depending on the repair required.
How does the Collect My Device service work?
First you submit your Collect My Device online form. If you are within 5km of the CBD, we will send our driver over to your pickup point.
Next you will receive a phone call once the driver arrives to pickup your device and you will receive our pickup receipt via email.
Then the driver will bring your device into our store for repairs to be carried out.
Once the repairs are complete, our technician will call or E-Mail you to confirm that the device has been repaired and is on the way back to you. You will receive another phone call once the driver has arrived at your pickup point.
What payment options are available?
On the return of your device, you can pay via: Cash, EFTPOS, VISA, MasterCard or AMEX.
The Collect My Device Service is only available Monday to Friday Between 9am and 4pm.
The Collect My Device Service only supplies original parts.
The Collect My Device Service is not available for the CBD area, please visit us in-store.
